All products sold on Nuvio Digital E-book are digital downloads (e-books), which are non-tangible, irrevocable goods. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds unless a technical issue prevents you from accessing the product.

✅ You were charged more than once for the same item.
✅ You purchased a book but never received access to it due to a system error.

4. How to Request a Refund

- Title of the e-book purchased
- Reason for the refund request
- Screenshot or description of the issue
Our team will respond within 3–5 business days and determine your eligibility for a refund.
5. Refund Method
If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days to reflect in your account.
